Can the painting be returned?
At Lagan’s Art Studio, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each artwork is handcrafted and prepared with great care before it reaches its new home. Because every piece is unique and cannot be replicated in exactly the same way, we are unable to offer returns once an order has been placed and delivered.
We encourage customers to review all product photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an artwork, we are always happy to assist before you place your order.

Will the colours look exactly the same in real life?

Each artwork is carefully inspected, protected, and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. We take the same care in packaging as we do in creating the artwork itself.

While we take great care with packaging, we understand that accidents can occasionally occur during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and artwork. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

How soon will I receive my order?
